About WolfBridge Technologies LLC

WolfBridge Technologies LLC develops and operates software products and provides technology consulting and related services.

Our products include software applications such as Ours To Keep, a private family memory and legacy platform, and NetForge, a virtual networking and infrastructure simulation platform.

Eligibility and Accounts

Some services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of our services

• Introduce malicious software or code

• Misuse another person's private information or content

• Use our services in a manner that harms other users or WolfBridge Technologies LLC

User Content

Certain WolfBridge products may allow users to upload content such as:

• Photos

• Video

• Audio

• Written memories

• Family-history information

• Messages

• Documents or other user-provided materials

You retain ownership of content you create or upload.

By uploading content, you grant WolfBridge Technologies LLC the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that content solely as needed to provide and operate the applicable service.

We do not claim ownership of your private family content.

Privacy and Permissions

Where our products include privacy settings, family groups, selected recipients, administrator permissions, or other access controls, users are responsible for selecting appropriate settings.

WolfBridge Technologies LLC will use reasonable efforts to enforce available privacy and authorization controls.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain products and services may require payment.

Prices, billing intervals, included features, storage limits, and other plan details will be presented before purchase.

Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Taxes may be added where required by law.

Storage Limits

Certain products may include storage quotas.

If your account reaches its storage limit, new uploads may be restricted until you:

• Free up storage

• Purchase additional storage, where available

• Upgrade your plan

Existing stored content will not be intentionally deleted solely because you reach your storage limit.

Storage add-ons and plan upgrades require customer authorization. WolfBridge Technologies LLC does not automatically charge storage overage fees unless clearly disclosed and agreed to in advance.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an eligible subscription according to the options provided in the applicable service.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for a prior billing period.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

One-time purchases may have different refund rules depending on the product and whether the service has already been delivered or used.

Consulting Services

Technology consulting, software development, systems support, and other professional services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, contract, or service agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the applicable professional services.

Intellectual Property

Except for user-owned content, WolfBridge Technologies LLC owns or licenses the software, designs, trademarks, branding, documentation, website content, and other materials used to provide our services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create unauthorized derivative works from our services except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers for functions such as:

• Cloud hosting

• Data storage

• Authentication

• Payment processing

• Email delivery

• Application infrastructure

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Service Availability

We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that every service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, release updates, modify features, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary, including for:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

• Fraud

• Illegal activity

• Security threats

• Abuse of our systems or other users

Where practical, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is necessary to protect users, systems, or comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every feature will operate without interruption or that all errors can be prevented.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfBridge Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our products, services, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
